Reserve parking at We Park In Miami Covered Parking

My Rightway Parking experience was an overall good one. Even though there were lines to the cruise terminal for our drop off, the Rightway Shuttles came in a timely fashion to ensure we made it to the terminal. My only concern was the extended wait to be picked up from the terminal after the cruise. We were told that the second shuttle would be in route to the terminal in 2 minutes, which actually turned out to be over an hour. That concerned me due to the fact that the terminal is only 5-10 minutes away from the parking deck.

The parking as well as pickup process was smooth, the location is about 8-10 minutes from the port. The only downside is you need to wait for quite some time for the shuttle. We had to wait almost 30-40 minutes, so manage your time accordingly. Everything else was great.

Everything in the parking area was very well organized; our car was safe, and the staff were pleasant and explained everything clearly. No complaints whatsoever. However, I did notice that the shuttle took a little while to pick us up—that’s why I gave it a 4—but everything else was excellent.

Excellent experience. Clean, safe, guarded and covered parking garage. Shuttle service to the port was perfect and timely. No problems of any kind. Highly recommend.

Great and easy service but getting off the ship I wanted 45 min for a ride back to my car, first shuttle was at 730 we were outside by 7:20he did not come until 8 30 first shuttle. I had a 14hr dive and was one of the first off the ship, let's hust say I was not happy and did not make it home that day which was an extra cost

I use Rightway Parking alot and the last 3 times, I had the same driver to and from the Port of Miami. Very nice guy and helpful. My next trip is July 26 - Aug 2. I could use a deep discount. Lol Lafay

I was quite satisfied with the accommodations of the parking garage and the shuttle service to and from the Miami cruise port. The shuttles were prompt and convenient.

Parking was easy and reasonably priced (although the booking fee was a bit high). Only problem is that we had to wait 90 minutes for the return shuttle to arrive.

Great parking and easy access. I felt my vehicle was secure and the location (other than construction) was convenient. The only complaint would be that finding the elevators was a bit of a hassle. The elevators we thought were correct did not take us to the correct location to check in. More signs/directions to the “hotel” elevators would have been beneficial. Otherwise it was great and much more affordable than the cruise port. I did not use the free shuttle so I can’t speak on behalf of the st experience. We chose a taxi for quicker transport but of course that adds expense but still cheaper than port parking.

We very much appreciated the service that we received. I can’t remember the drivers name from the parking lot to the port (and Enrique on way back) but both were professional and fair. Both didn’t budge for the “bullies” and ensured a fair process was maintained.
