We Park in a Miami covered garage, providing affordable Parking only 2 miles from the Port of Miami.
The parking lot is under surveillance 24 hours a day and has staff on-site to assist with parking needs.
The shuttle service is complimentary to and from the Port of Miami on a first-come, first-served basis; shuttle service is not guaranteed.

Shuttle Information
The shuttle service runs to the port starting at 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM on cruise days only.
Return shuttle service is only from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
The shuttle runs on average every hour to hour and a half to and from the port.
If you arrive to the garage after 2:30 PM you will have to arrange your own transportation.
If you need pickup at the terminal after 11:00 AM you will have to arrange your own transportation.
Shuttle service is for up to four passengers per car.
The shuttle service is complementary to and from the Port of Miami on a first-come, first-served basis - Shuttle is not guaranteed!

We Park in Miami reserves the right to substitute self-parking of your vehicle for valet parking services at the lot's discretion.

Verified UserGreat and easy service but getting off the ship I wanted 45 min for a ride back to my car, first shuttle was at 730 we were outside by 7:20he did not come until 8 30 first shuttle. I had a 14hr dive and was one of the first off the ship, let's hust say I was not happy and did not make it home that day which was an extra cost

Verified UserParking was easy and reasonably priced (although the booking fee was a bit high). Only problem is that we had to wait 90 minutes for the return shuttle to arrive.

Verified UserGreat parking and easy access. I felt my vehicle was secure and the location (other than construction) was convenient. The only complaint would be that finding the elevators was a bit of a hassle. The elevators we thought were correct did not take us to the correct location to check in. More signs/directions to the “hotel” elevators would have been beneficial. Otherwise it was great and much more affordable than the cruise port. I did not use the free shuttle so I can’t speak on behalf of the st experience. We chose a taxi for quicker transport but of course that adds expense but still cheaper than port parking.
