Shuttle Information
The first shuttle leaves for guests boarding their cruise at 11:00 am.
Shuttle service begins pick-up from the port for returning passengers at 8 am.
The shuttle runs on average every 60 minutes to 1 hr 45min.
The last shuttle departs at 2:30 pm from the garage.
Shuttle service is for up to four passengers per car.
The shuttle service is complementary to and from the Port of Miami on a first-come, first-served basis - Shuttle is not guaranteed!

Verified UserThis was a great option at a much cheaper rate than the cruise ships are offering. The shuttle was complimentary, & while it did take a while for it to fill up so we could leave for the ship & then was another lengthy wait when we got back from the cruise, it was a free option for a cheaper parking so it was well worth it!

Verified UserThe check-in/out process was easy. The driver loaded and unloaded all of our suitcases and carry on bags and was very nice. Our shuttle fit 11 people in addition to the driver. We did have to wait approximately an hour at the port to be picked up but that’s somewhat understandable. I’d definitely use them again.
