I just wanted to say we had a great experience, very polite an friendly, an reasonable. Used them to go on a cruise and this flight out of ATL was no different. Same great service.. We will use them again when we go out of ft lauderdale on our next trip. Thank you Rightway parking!

On a recommendation from a friend we booked Rightway parking out of ATL. Rightway customer service was VERY helpful, gracious, and understanding in finding us this location. Because of our very positive experience with their customer service, I would not hesitate to use Rightway again should we need a park and fly option when traveling out of ATL.

Our parking experience was excellent at this location. It was the first time we have used this location in ATL although we have used several others through Rightway Parking in the past. Our GPS brought us to a location somewhat short of the Address but a quick phone call to Rightway Parking’s reservations number provided us with advice to reach the subject location (Comfort Inn). Once there, the service was great. We checked-in while an attendant removed our luggage and got it to the wait line for the shuttle that was in the process of boarding. After boarding the bus, it was a short ride to the airport. Other passengers were dropped at their respective airline in short order and the driver was very polite and professional.

Over all no problems. Was charged extra that was not part of original contract. Lady at the desk told me they had to charge.
